PLEASE NOTE: Speaking requests should be made at least 8-12 weeks in advance. A speaker is generally not confirmed until 4-6 weeks prior to the event, unless otherwise requested. You are responsible for the marketing, publicity and registration for this event, and ensuring at least 15 people are able to attend the event. ( * - Denotes required field.)
