Sponsor Spotlight: RBC

RBC is helping the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia branch out with its signature fundraising event as Presenting Sponsor of the 29th Festival of Trees. RBC has been a steadfast supporter of the Foundation for more than two decades, most notably as title sponsor of the RBC Black Tie Gala. RBC has contributed to the success of many of the Mental Health Foundation’s fundraising initiatives.

“As a result of RBC’s unwavering generosity, more Nova Scotians living with mental illness and addiction can gain access to mental health support where they need it, when they need it,” says Starr Cunningham, Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia President & CEO. “Beyond sponsorship, we are also thrilled to have RBC’s Regional Operating Officer, Alisa Alyward, serving as our Board of Trustees Chair. Her dedication to changing the way people think about mental illness and addiction is stellar.”

RBC is committed to funding programs that address the immediate need to access mental health services. Through its Youth Mental Well Being Project, RBC supports technology-based solutions to help reduce barriers to care, and navigation programs to connect families with mental well being services as efficiently as possible.
