Body Movin’ 2025 has officially come to a close — what a movement it was!
Nova Scotians across the province walked, danced, skipped and played their way through some of the toughest months of the year.
And the results? Nothing short of incredible.
Thanks to your energy, generosity, and heart, Body Movin’ raised a total of $76,482 in support of mental health and addictions initiatives in Nova Scotia!
Thank You to Our Movers, Donors & Partners
To every individual who joined the challenge, every business that created a team or hosted a fundraiser, and every donor who gave what they could — thank you. Our incredible creative partner, Trampoline Branding, helped bring the Body Movin’ challenge to life while the J&W Murphy Foundation ramped things up with a match of all donations made, doubling the Body Movin’ impact on mental health programming across the province.
Keep Movin’ for Mental Health
While this year’s challenge is over now, the message behind it continues: daily movement is good for your mental health.
Even small moments of physical activity — whether it’s a lunchtime walk, a stretch at your desk, or a spontaneous dance party in your kitchen — can help boost your mood and support your overall wellness.
So don’t stop now. Keep moving for your mind, your body, and your community.
See You in 2026!
We’re already thinking ahead to next year and how we can make Body Movin’ 2026 even bigger! Stay tuned for updates, and in the meantime… keep movin’!
