What Body Movin’ 2026 Made Possible

Body Movin’ 2026 brought Nova Scotians together through everyday movement while raising an incredible $101,575 to support community mental health programs across the province.

From walking and stretching to running, dancing, and everything in between, participants showed that movement can look different for everyone — and every step made a difference.

Being physically active is scientifically proven to improve mental health, no matter how you choose to move. Throughout the campaign, Nova Scotians embraced that message while helping raise awareness and support for local mental health and addictions programs funded by the Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia.

Thank you to every participant, donor, sponsor, and supporter who helped make this year’s campaign possible. Together, you helped build stronger, more connected and compassionate communities across Nova Scotia.
