Strengthening Youth Mental Health

We’re proud to support the Good Vibes Youth Resilience Program at BGC Halifax through our Community Grants.

This series of weekly drop-in sessions and workshops is designed to strengthen mental health literacy, build coping skills, and foster peer support. Since launching last fall, 33 youth have participated — gaining tools to support emotional regulation, healthy relationships, and help-seeking.
